Pros Great new features, and HDR Toning. Refine Mask, are all worth while 
Cons there is no need to upgrade if your already using CS4

The newer the software the easier it is for anyone to become a Graphic Designer. Photoshop is no exception. CS5 now has features that can make the "impossible" easily attainable.
