Good lens to buy

Pros: Sharp, great quality. Includes case and lens hood. It's an L series.

Cons: At 3 pounds it can wear you out hand holding it.

Fast, accurate focusing. Sharp pictures every time. At 2.8 it's usable indoors, too. Outdoors it's a dream. A quality built product. Great lens even without the Image Stabilization and $500 cheaper.
