This Lens Does What I Want.

Pros: Ease of use. Clear, sharp photos. Professional looking lens.

Cons: A little heavy. 72mm filters and accessories.

The Bottom Line: I like it.

A really nice all-around lens

Pros: Very sharp, great color, contrast, IS for low light

Cons: Not weather sealed like L lenses... but it doesn't carry the L price either.

The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this lens if you are a serious amateur and are looking for a great walk-about lens at a reasonable price.
